Q-Lon is a Schlegel polyurethane seal made for the northern climate. Unlike ordinary rubber it doesn't harden in the cold or crumble, and it works years later just as it did on the day it was fitted.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Condensation forms when warm air meets a cold surface. Poor sealing can worsen it, then sealing helps. If the main cause is humidity, ventilation needs improving first.
